She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mullins and Peggy Mullins. She is survived by: her husband Mike Warren; her grandchildren, Hannah, Parks, Caleb and Lilly; and her brother Charles F. Mullins, Jr. (Julie Mullins). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
