He is survived by: his son Brent McElroy; his brothers, Johnny McElroy, Ronnie McElroy and Avery McElroy; and his grandchildren, Clay McElroy and Kaitlyn Holt.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Parkway Funeral Home (23599 AL-24, Trinity, AL 35673). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
