She is survived by: her husband William "Frank" Sowell of Tanner, AL; her brother Foy M. Southard; and her sibling's children, Wenona Southard, Quannah Southard, Tashina Southard, Kayla Terry Grantland and Forrest Scott Southard.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McConnell Funeral Home (1200 E Forrest St, Athens, AL 35613). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
