She was predeceased by : her father Foy E. Smith (Mother Mable Smith); her brother Terry Smith; and her sons, Alan Collins and Gerald Collins. She is survived by : her children, Susan Collins Fiancé (Mike Maddox) of Cullman and Jeff Collins (Christi) of Springville; her grandchildren, Andrew, Sophia, Cooper and Cason; and her caregivers, Latonia Fluker, Christy Stinson, Jaylah McCadory and Yvonne Hardy. She is also survived by her 3 boys and 1 daughter.
