He was predeceased by: his wife Delores Fowler; his stepdaughter Donna Olmstead Odom; his parents, Alvin Fowler and Lucille Fowler; his siblings, Betty Nichols (Chuck) and Bubba Fowler; and his brother-in-law Jimmy McMichael.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jean, Sig Sullivan and Bobbie McMichael; his sister-in-law Freck Fowler; and his nieces, DeWannda Smith and Gabrielle Smith. He is also survived by nephews, other relatives and many friends; loving caregivers.
