He was predeceased by: his parents, John Puhr and Alice Puhr. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Christopher Puhr, Elizabeth Broadway (Shannon), Kevin Puhr (Jenni) and Ryan Puhr (Amethyst); his grandchildren, Mae, Ben, Chloe, Maddie and Miles; and his siblings, John Puhr (Judy), Danny Puhr (Nancy), Kathy Childress (Jim), Roger Puhr (Frances) and Debbie Lopez (Tony).
