She is survived by: her stepfather Paul Autery; her father Daniel E. Kelsey, Jr.; her siblings, Tina Burdett (Chris), David Kelsey (Ashley) and Daniel E. Kelsey, III (Jessica); her nieces, Chelsea Courtney (Austin Hagler), Harley Manley and Haley Cook (Colton); her nephew Bret Kelsey; her grandson Landon James; her former husband Michael L. Smith; her mother-in-law Rosemary Smith; her great-nieces, Jaiyah Perkins and Rayne Perkins; her great-nephew Ryely Cook; and her pets, Bella, Pippa, Piper and Pepper.
