It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Brother James Younger, 83, of Thomaston, Alabama. Mr. Younger entered into eternal transition on Wednesday August 13, 2025 at Whitfield Regional Hospital in Demopolis, Alabama.

The Celebration of Life service for Mr. James Younger will be available via livestream for those unable to attend in person. Your presence, whether in person or in spirit, is deeply appreciated by the family during this time of remembrance.

“James was one of the good guys. Considerate, kind, and optimistic- he was one of the few colleagues at EPA that I would turn to for advice, and with whom I kept in touch after retirement.
