He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Slade and Mignon Crocker; and his wife Shirley Mitchell Crocker. He is survived by : his children, Robert Mitchell Crocker (Chere), Jeffery Bruce Crocker (Kristen), Cynthia Ann Crocker Nichols (Larry), Sherry Renè Crocker McCleary (Mike) and Pamela Johnson Sealy Moore (John). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
