He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Clayton Bearden, Sr. and Vera Hudson Bearden. He is survived by: his wife Linda Privett; his son Dr. Jason Randall Bearden (Elizabeth); and his grandsons, Holman (Henry) and Ranjeev Acharya.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites friends to honor Andy's memory with a contribution to the Thomasville Healthcare Foundation. The primary mission of the Foundation is to attract and retain physicians and healthcare professionals to Thomasville.
