He was predeceased by: his wife Beth; his parents, Jim Baker and Kate Baker; and his siblings, Wayne Baker and Alice Baker.
He is survived by: his son Wayne Baker (Pam) of Jefferson, AL.; his grandchildren, Cody Baker (Libba) and Carolyne Milner (Mason); his great grandchild Dyan Perrigin (Steve) of Daphne, AL.; and also, Wesley Perrigin, Ethan Perrigin and Daisy.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home (400 W Cahaba Ave, Linden, AL 36748). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Siloam Baptist Church, P.O.Box 158, York, AL 36925.
