She was predeceased by : her parents, Amos Pilot and Verna Mae Busby Pilot; and her siblings, Daniel Amos Pilot, Amos Franklin "Frank" Pilot, Paul Hale Pilot and Paula Gail Franklin.

She is survived by : her son Joey Taylor, III; and her sisters, Sybil Miller, Barbara "Bobbie" Daves (Jim), Mattie Vick (James), Angeline "Cookie" Zimmerman (Roy) and Sandra "Sandy" Criswell (Todd). She is also survived by three grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
