He is survived by: his wife Nadine Ernest Luker; his children, Randy Luker (Betty Jean), Scott Luker (Kimberly) and Celise Witherington; and his brothers, James Luker (Ann) and John Luker (Doley). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
