He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Kennedy and John Gerald Bradford, Sr. of Grove Hill, Alabama.; and his wife Betty Jean Hamilton of Fulton. He is survived by: his children, Carla Bradford Duffee (David, Sr.), Charles Hamilton Bradford (Renée) and John "Edward" Bradford, Sr.; his grandchildren, Catherine Duffee Nix, Caroline Marie Duffee, David Henley Duffee, Jr., Kelly Marie Bradford, Michael Charles Bradford, John Edward "Jack" Bradford, Jr. and Brody Charles Bradford; and also, James Hamilton Nix, John Tyler Nix and Judah Lee Nix.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Magnolia Lawn Cemetery (20334 US-43, Grove Hill, AL 36451).
