He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Day, Sr. and Cecile Day. He is survived by: his children, Candice Rouse (Matthew), Danielle Day and Joseph Day III; the mother of his children Dianne Day; his brother John Day (Mary Ellen); his grandchildren, Megan Armentrout (Walt), Tyler Baggett, Ashley Rouse, Camilla Rouse and Victoria Rouse; and his friend Rebecca Moore.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home (34550 US-43, Thomasville, AL 36784). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Clarke County Historical Society.
