She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Dewey "Alec" and Irma Lee Strickland; her sons, Johnny Alex Pugh, Jeffery Alan "Jeff" Pugh and Glynn Steven "Steve" Pugh (Peggy); her siblings, David "Dan" Strickland, Alice Craven (Emmett) and Beatrice "Pat" Baggett; and her husband John Amon Pugh. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
