He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert James "Sam" and Frances E. Nelson Agee. He is survived by: his wife Pat Agee; his son James Jamie Agee (Melissa); his brothers, Al Agee (Sandra) and Joey Agee (Denna); his grandchildren, Riley Agee (Jenna) and Bentley Agee; and his great grandchild Ethan Agee.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Liberty Baptist Church (7759 Old Hwy 5 S, Thomasville, AL 36784). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
