He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Campbell; his wife Clara Lucille Campbell; his children, Dorothy Campbell Bowman, David Campbell and Van Campbell; his father Andrew Zack Campbell; his granddaughters, Racheal Campbell and Tammy Campbell; and his great grandchild Ashlyn Cummings.
He is survived by: his children, J. W. Campbell (Pat), Billy Joe Campbell (Delores), Linda Campbell Cummings, Sandra Shaw (Greg), Teresa Holsomback, Wayne Campbell (Deana) and Barry Campbell (Kathy). He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 49 Great-Grandchildren, 18 Great-Great Grandchildren.
