She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Childress and Minnie Mae Childress; her brother Danny; and her sister-in-law Kathy Childress. She is survived by: her husband Lanis Keith Jackson; her children, Jason Jackson (Amy) of Tuscaloosa and Marsha Reed (Jeff) of New Windsor, Maryland; her grandchildren, Emma Reed, MacKenzie Jackson, Ryan Reed, Maebry Reed and James Robert Jackson; and her siblings, Amy Nelson (Kevin), Laura Jones (Mark) and Ronnie Childress (Christy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Hospice of West Alabama.
