She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Grady Tidwell and Arcatie Tidwell; and her husband Chesley Burton Neely, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Chesley Neely, Jr.; her grandchildren, Ginger Duncan (Michael) and Carl Burton Neely (Lacey); her great grandchildren, Chad Mizzell (Jasmine), Ethan Duncan, Calvin Barr Neely and Evelyn Neely; and her great great grandchild Elowyn Mizzell.
