She was predeceased by: her mother Ima Anderson Carter; her husband Franklin Wayne Hooks; her father John C. McGalliard, Jr.; her daughter Cassie Kay; and her sisters-in-law, Judy McGalliard and Peggy McGalliard.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Wayne Hooks; and her brothers, John McGalliard and Mike McGalliard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
