We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Willie Joel Howard of Thorsby, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Willie Howard and Frances Vanderslice Howard; his sisters, Louise Miller (Herby) and Hazel Smith (Buddy); and his stepson Darryl Plier.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Howard; his daughter Retha Bryant (Paul); his grandsons, Matthew Bryant (Hannah) and Stephen Bryant (Caroline); his great grandchildren, McKenzie Bryant, Isaiah Bryant and Jackson Bryant; and his stepdaughter Debra Hubbard (Joe). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home Chapel (1300 4th Ave N, Clanton, AL 35046). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
