He is survived by: his wife Anne Baxter; his children, Austin Baxter (Jill), Douglas Daniels (Heather), Paula Cheatle (David), Anna Waite (Kelly), Diana Cunningham (Kenneth), Beth Brown (Tell) and Melissa Williams (Wesley); his sisters, Marjean Cozad, Annette Caten, Betty Moorer and Wilma Kilpatrick; and his grandchildren, Bailey Baxter and Frances Daniels. He is also survived by Twenty-four grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
