He is survived by : his mother Dorothy Finley; his wife Misty Finley; his children, Garrett Finley, Austin Finley, Kate Oliver (John), Shasta Finley and Casey Finley; his sister DeeDee Gilbert (David); and his niece Nicole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and 9 grandchildren.
