He is survived by: his wife Nina Weeks; his children, Ken, Dennis Weeks, Linda, Michelle and Laticia; and his siblings, Eugene Churchhill, Rosale Churchhill and Mary Carrillo. He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren and 33 Great-Grandchildren.
