He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward McMunn and Mary Etta Sims McMunn; his siblings, Lee Edward McMunn, David William McMunn, Roe Winford McMunn and Clara Imogene Hardiman; and his son Zachary Scott Tribble.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce McMunn; his children, Tabitha Roberts (Jeremy), Celena Sisk (Randy), Brandi Holcomb (Eric), Christy Smith (Chris) and James Aaron Tribble; and his brothers, James Vander McMunn (Pamela) and Joel Anthony McMunn (Belinda). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, as well as six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home (27186 Main St, Ardmore, AL 35739). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the same location.
