He is survived by: his wife Belinda Rogers; his niece Amy; his nephew William Johnson; his great-nephew Eli Johnson; his great-niece Hannah Barkley; his sister-in-law Diane Rogers; his siblings, Tommy Rogers (Judy), Phillip Rogers (Jalayne) and Janie Nabors (Obie); his mother-in-law Ruth LaVine; his brother-in-law Curt LaVine (Toni); his aunt Glenda Dempsey; and his friends, Corey, Alysabeth Brown, Cody Brown, Martha, Terry Thomas and Ann Russell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
