He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L. Carter and Elizabeth Bullington Carter. He is survived by: his wife Frankie Carter; his daughter Robin Wolfe (Jackie); his grandson Jack Carter Clem; and his siblings, Kay Holt (Tim), Steve Carter (Wanda) and June Collins (Ken). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
