With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Agee of Town Creek, Alabama, who passed away on May 24, 2026 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Agee and Mable Agee; his siblings, Nathaniel Agee, Darnell Agee, Marvileen Nichols, Mabel Jean Martin, Marcleen Childress and Peggy Agee; and his grandson Nathan Merrell.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Agee; his children, Charles Ike Agee, Derek Frost (Michele), Danielle Austin (AW), Tina Merrell (Stoney) and Rachel Greene (Jason); his sister Delois Cornelison (Robert); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Agee (Tori), Branden Agee (Jessica), Stephanie Elliott (Mitchell), Kailyn Merrell (Sebastian), Bree Kimbrough (Jonathan), Joe Agee, Gavin Terry, Brennan Agee, Kalina Frost and Colette Frost. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jackson Memory Funeral Home (15737 Main St, Town Creek, AL 35672). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the same location.
