With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Colin Rutherford of Town Creek, Alabama, who passed away on October 8, 2025 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thomas Merle Collins; his aunt Susan Collins; and his pet Remi. He is survived by: his parents, Charles "Tony" Rutherford and Teresa "Teri" Collins Rutherford; his daughter Hallie Kate Rutherford; his grandparents, Carolyn Collins, Charles and Sue Rutherford; his siblings, Laura Jones (Aaron) and Jay Rutherford (Emily); his siblings' children, Kennedy Rutherford, Adley Jones, Georgia Rutherford, Charles and Jack Jones; and his pets, Rosie and Roamy.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lawrence Funeral Home (12950 AL-157, Moulton, AL 35650). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Colin's Memory.
