She is survived by: her sons, Chris Simms (Jessica) and Heath Mayes (Rose); her grandchildren, Lila Simms, Logan Mayes and Brodie Mayes; her great grandchildren, Oaklynn Mayes and Brynlee Mayes; and her siblings, Ramona Simoneaux, Janet Letson (Archie) and Rick Mayes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
