He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Odell; his parents, Frank Odell (Louliza Flannagin Odell) and Louliza Odell; and his siblings, Betty Kirby, Kelly Walker and James Odell.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Odell and Jessica Odell; and his siblings, Corrine Kelley, Buddy Odell and Larry Odell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
