It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rusty Armstrong of Town Creek, Alabama, who passed away on May 26, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Rusty may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Rusty touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Armstrong and Mary Armstrong; and his brother Robert David Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Oliver Armstrong; his daughter Rachel Armstrong (Rodger); his granddaughter Lena; his daughter Tina Davis; his sisters, Janie Fein (Tim) and Barbara Krugh (Chuck); and his mother-in-law Dianne Oliver. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rogersville Funeral Home (18275 US-72, Rogersville, AL 35652).
