She was predeceased by : her father Richard Turner; her husbands, Roy Lucas, Bush Sparrow and David Allen Smith; her son Richard Lucas; her mother Lillie Wilson Turner; and her siblings, Leroy Turner, Jack Turner, James Turner, Edgar Turner, Edna Dykes, Gladys Grice and Vennie Todd.

She is survived by : her children, Larry R. Lucas (Cindy) of Toxey, AL, Donna Jean Lucas Murphy (James) of Aquilla, AL and Debbie Lucas of Toxey, AL; her grandchildren, Kim L. Stafford, Scottie Lucas, Stacey Byrd, Emily Jenkins, Shenna Austin and Colby Austin; and her close friend Billy Linder. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren; ten great-great grandchildren.
