He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenzie Sullins and Reba Mae Sullins. He is survived by: his wife Pat Morris Sullins; his daughters, Angela Glasscox (Tony) and Lisa Street (Tim); his grandchildren, Brittany, Brook, Chase, Caitlyn and Courtney; and his brothers, Ralph Sullins (Joice) and Timmy Sullins (Debroah). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
