He was predeceased by: his parents, Leamon Williams and Cordelia England Williams; and his siblings, Alvin Williams, Verla Williams and Evelyn Garrison.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Williams; his daughter Stacie Clemmons (Timmy); and his grandchildren, Carson and Jordan Clemmons. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
