Clay Stel Coburn Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clay Stel Coburn of Trinity, Alabama, who passed away on December 4, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Clay may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Clay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Edward Coburn and Edna Loper Coburn; his brothers, Edward Jr. Coburn (Linda), Daniel Coburn and Joseph Ray "Jody" Coburn; and his birth parents, Clayburn T. and Maxine B. Coburn.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Coburn (Praytor); and his siblings, Earl Coburn, Sherry Johnson (Fred) and Connie Jones.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Caddo Congregational Christian Church Cemetery (8241 Co Rd 214, Trinity, AL 35673).
