He was predeceased by: his parents, Mansel Evans and Dorothy Keever Evans. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his daughter Heidi Marie Evans; and his siblings, Cherie Bartges, Deidra Parker (Thomas), Gerald Evans (Terri), Terry Evans and Carew Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a favorite charity in Duane's memory.
