She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Piggy" Dotson and Virginia Bishop Dotson; her siblings, Jerry Dotson, Margo Dotson and Betty Ann Underwood; and her great grandchild Asher Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Smith; her son Christopher Smith (Tina); her sister Janice Alexander; her grandchildren, Nicholas Smith (Kellee) and Heather Smith (John); and her great grandchild Kase Tyler Smith.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Parkway Funeral Home (23599 AL-24, Trinity, AL 35673). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
