He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Davis Millwood and Louise Flannagan Millwood; and his son Randy Millwood. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Millwood (Parker); his sons, Jeff Millwood (Kim), Rod Millwood, Greg Millwood and Blake Millwood; his siblings, Benford Millwood and Lois Gillespie (O. Z.); and his grandchildren, Dakota, Josh, Jessie, Drew, Devin, Logan, Rachel and Amber. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
