He is survived by: his mother Carol Lou Gillespie Hale (Watts); his daughter Victoria Christian Sparks; and his siblings, Daniel Hale (Erin), Tiffany Brannon (Mark) and Amy Hale. He is also survived by mother of his daughter, April Sparks; and several nephews and nieces.
