He is survived by: his wife Tammie Jarrett Cartee; his daughter Angela Taylor (Wesley); his sisters, Anita Barnes (Ricky), Trinda Hill and Rita Theodorou; his grandchildren, Brianna Cartee Dobbins (Travis), Blake Taylor (Hannah), Baylee Saint (Luke Terry) and Carla Brooke Reding; and his great grandchildren, Willow Dobbins, Brayson Dobbins, Harley Dobbins and Grayson Taylor.
