She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Judson Nelson and Essie Lois Johnson Nelson; her husband J. W. "Hobo" Hembree; her daughter Mitzi; and her great grandchild Barron.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Hembree (Leah) and Lance Hembree; her stepson Gene Hembree (Marge); and her sister Susie Fisher (Danny). She is also survived by Seven Grandchildren and their spouses, Fifteen Great Grandchildren (One married), One Great Grandchild.
In lieu of flowers- family requests memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to childhood cancer research.
