He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Don Scroggins and Carolyn Diane Hill Scroggins. He is survived by : his children, Ryan Scroggins, Chelsea Bucklew and Cassie Scroggins; his stepfather Jerry Adams; his siblings, Brian and Michelle; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Harper, Hadley, Elijah, Everleigh, Haysleigh, Westyn and Castan.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parkway Funeral Home (23599 AL-24, Trinity, AL 35673). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
