He is survived by: his wife Teresa Moore (Shreves); his sons, Owen Moore, Jr., David Mark Smith and Chase Moore; his stepchildren, Travis Beasley and Jessica Shelton; his siblings, Jackie Moore (Mariealena), Audrey Gail Day and Dale Bing (Kenneth); and his grandchildren, Victoria Counce, Claudia Counce, Emma Smith, Isaac Shelton and Axle Beasley.
