Rodney will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, R. E. Felton Hill and Melanie Bernice Gibson Hill; and his siblings, Bobby Hill, Billy Mac Hill and Judy Borden.
He is survived by: his son Andrew Cooper; and his siblings, Danny Hill, Tim Hill, Barbara Johnson and Betty Robbins. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
