He was predeceased by: his mother Rhonda Jean Howard Forsyth. He is survived by: his father Raymond Lamar Forsyth; his children, Landon Forsyth and Kayla Forsyth (Tyler); and his siblings, Chris Moore, Tyler Gleen, Krista Davis (Chris), Tabatha Stone (Drew) and Sanda "Lennie" Wood (Jeremy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pine Grove Church (5721 Co Rd 221, Moulton, AL 35650). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
