He was predeceased by : his parents, Steven Terry and Mildred Terry; his wife Doris Ann Parker Terry; his son William Todd "Bill" Terry; and his siblings, Franklin Terry and Sandra Terry.

He is survived by : his daughter Tammy Terry (Bradley); his brother Douglas Terry (Gail); and his grandchildren, Leeann Engle (Danny), Trent Terry (Jessica), Cole Terry (Laura Leigh) and Courtney McCormick (Cody). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
