She was predeceased by: her parents, James Grady Motes and Mary Rushing Motes. She is survived by: her husband David Huie; her daughters, Kimberly Garrett (Terry) and Karri Booth (Kevin); her grandchildren, Sydni, Molly, Reece Garrett, Jackson, Allie and Madi Booth; her brother Robert Motes (Jana); and her nieces, Melanie Garner (Wes) and Lauran Lott (Frankie). She is also survived by several aunts, and a host of cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (1621 US-29, Troy, AL 36079). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Green Hills Memorial Cemetery (1621 US-29, Troy, AL 36079).
