He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Hettrick and Mary Ann Hettrick; his sister Kathleen Bates; and his nephew Christopher Hettrick. He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Hettrick (Cindy), David Hettrick (Kelly), William Hettrick (Diana) and Joanne Hettrick (Michael Stiegman). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
